CEEI Valencia will participate in OMAE, the most important technical-scientific congress

Next week the 37th edition of the International Conference on Ocean, Offshore and Arctic Engineering, OMAE (International Conference on Ocean, Offshore & Arctic Engineering) will be held in Madrid from June 17 to 22.
OMAE is the most important technical-scientific congress in the world in Offshore technology for Oil & Gas and for marine-based renewables. It is promoted by ASME (American Society of Mechanical Engineers). It is held annually and attended by 1,000 to 1,200 attendees from 40 different countries of which 50% belong to the Industry and the rest to universities. More than 900 technical papers will be presented.
In this edition, CEEI Valencia will participate in the session MAESTRALE: The implementation of Blue Energy in the Mediterranean Sea with the aim of publicizing and presenting the advances of the Maestrale project, exchanging ideas and experiences promoting technological progress and its application in the industry , and promote international cooperation in ocean and offshore engineering, in addition, there will be a benchmarking of the technologies installed throughout the world to identify their degree of adaptability to the conditions of the Mediterranean area and an analysis of the available resources.
During the OMAE congress, different topics related to ocean, coastal and maritime engineering will be discussed, such as:
